McDonald’s has taken the response to launch an investigation after an angry customer threatened with a boycott.
Not everyone seems to love the fast-food chain to slam their customer service on social media with an angry customer.
On Wednesday, they wrote on X: “I had a horrible customer service in my local McDonald’s right now.
“I was waiting for my late as 20 minutes and walked, because I have to go back to work.
“And your prices are not cheaper than local competitors !!!!”
“Instead I could have led to my regular coffee shop,” he threatened to leave the chain.
McDonald’s responded to the complaint promising to take action quickly.
They repeated that the company is about providing a quick and efficient service to their customers.
“We are all fast and convenient, Rita,” the chain replied.
“DM us your contact information, email address and restaurant address so we can check in it.”
There was no public comment on the incident by Rita or McDonald’s, but the Burger Giant looks at the big replacement of its restaurant.
