Manchester, England – Former World Heavyweight B Ing Champion Tison Fury and former Manchester United will coach Athletes and Celebrities for Soccer AID 2025 at Old Trefford.
UNICEF says the charity match will be held at the home stadium in United against World XI against World XI.
Former England women players Jill Scott and Steph Hutton, Louise Tomlinson of One Direction, singer Tom Granon, Olympic Great Mo Farah, former England goalkeeper J Heart and former Italy defender Leonardo Bonusi, who were in the back of 2006.
Former United Players Gary Neville and Paul Schols will also return to Old Trafford with former England International Rooney, which will play the player-manager.
UNICEF says it has collected $ 106 million ($ 137 million) for children around the world from the first game. The money raised helps to deliver crucial programs to provide food, healthcare, safe spaces and emergency support to the young people.
“In June, the possibility of leading my England team to victory this June fills me with an excitement of a heavy weight,” Furi said. “Everyone knows that I am also a great fan of Manchester United, so it’s more special to me that this game is in the Old Traffard this year, and I manage one of my heroes, Wayne Rooney.”
