It is the 18th -century cottage in the remote corner of Wales, which inspired Zeppelin to write some of their biggest hit by the seventies.
Now, Bron-Year-Woar owner Scott Row wants to rotate the house and enters his own micronation with taxes, passports and embassies around the world.
Former record label boss, now an ecologist and singer-singer, came up with the idea while writing a song about Nutopia, the founder of former Beetle John Lanen’s Jockey-a Utopian country, which “has no laws other than Cosmic”.
To become a citizen of his new nation, a mist mountain track on the outside of Snodonia, will cost between zero and £ 5,000.
At least five percent of its total domestic production will go to foreign assistance, which is higher than other countries in the world.
Well, half of it is kept for Machinleth, a few miles away, a city where the lease has been signed to host the first embassy of the Bron -Ari -Your.

A flag and a coat of weapons have been designed and the national anthem will be created. The income of the country will come from the sale of wealthy supporters and citizenship.
Scott, who is in his fifty decades, says: “Many people are going ‘what is going on on earth?’ But there are many real things behind this, with people with a Grammy Award on their shelves and pillars of community.
“We have partners around the world, from musicians to astro-physicians.”
Bron -Ar -Your, which translates as Hill Fold F Gold, already has its own place in the Music Legend.
The small shepherd cottage was a childhood summer escape for the Led Zeppelin singer Robert plant, who was a friend with Broomi, whose family owners.
As the band became a global superstar, the guitarist took the Jimmy page for a visit to avoid his fame.
And the same investment that inspired them to write the wires of classic songs, including CD to Heaven and Bron-Area-Are St OMP Mp.
Since then, thousands of fans have often traveled for a cottage outside of non -rival.
Scott says: “There is a lot of trouble in the world and this place means a lot to the people.
“My fans have arrived from all over the world, saying that they have come from Vietnam or the Far East and they have saved the whole life.
“People who have lost a loved one and the place is special and they felt that they needed to visit.
‘Tofu Eat Lieutenies’
“And I thought, ‘What can I do to help?’. What I realized is that the modern world is now very busy and everyone is connected, but Bron-Ari-ur is the same as it was like 1970.
The house still draws its water from the same stream that it does in the seventies. It has a small hydroelectric generator and wind turbine for its energy needs. And it is 80 percent self -sufficient for food.
There is no broadband cable, and a mobile phone signal does not exist.
Walking in a nearby city of Machinleth – about half an hour from Abberistwith, with a population of more than 2,000 – takes about five minutes and no big deal to see.
But it has a realization of Welsh Glastanbury, with various alternative shops given crystals and ancient items.
There is a division in the city between locals and many people who have gone here for the hills of Snowodonia.
On the road, a one-time ground-breaking center for alternative technology, now attracts environmental workers around the world to learn new technologies.
One locals said: “Fifty years ago a community started in a remote Welsh Quarry and thousands of Tofu -eating lifts flocked from England here.
“All those Welsh-speaking hills may have been very shocked to the farmers.
“But for many years the two have been together and they have been well found, which is surprising for many because both parties are very different.”
Hotelier Stephanie Windsor-Lavis, owner of Plaza Dolgug in Machinleth, thinks that the micronation idea is bright and is one that is welcomed by locals.
Ben’s mother, who is about to become an ambassador to Machinleth, says: “This is a great small city and a wonderful way to promote arts and wales in the world.”
For Scott, it is so -f -grid that is key. When the plan began to be in his mind, he was talking to John Lanon’s son Sean about his song.
Creativity, durability and well -being will be the pillar of a new state. People can come here and learn how we do things.

He says: “I was thinking, ‘Why is it important for me to stay away from the grid? Why don’t we have a broadband cable here. ‘ I think it is difficult and difficult to find these places. “
Scott is serious about the benefits of arts around the world – and the beauty of Wales.
He says: “Everyone will get a vote but tell the founders more. There will be elections and people can vote in some way.
“Creativity, durability and well -being will be the pillar of a new state. People can come here and learn how we do things.
“We are turning priorities on the heads of the nations. We will have health, prescriptions, music and creativity and foreign help at the top of our agenda.
“To become a state, we have to obey the protocol. We have to contact other countries and ask us to identify. “
For that, letters will come out to world leaders, including Care Starrer and King Charles.
Scott was running a record label in Birmingham and London, working with some of the largest stars.
But at a business meeting in Cannes 15 years ago, he suddenly realized that he had become a “suit” – someone who was in business to make money and not there to help artists.
He returned with his family to his wife’s Bron-Ari-UR Ray holiday at the holiday, where they had already bought the land and reserved nature.
He then became a full -time ecologist, advising businesses on how to work with nature.
After retreating to the cottage, he returned to writing music, which he did in his youth.
Last year at August Gust, he introduced an album entropy for the initial under his stage name Buhai with many artists around the world.
But the ghost of the LED ZEP is never far from the cottage. Scott once found a plaque that is associated with the page – but then lost it while working on a slate query.
Ten days later, the guitarist arrived in the seventies to re -visit the place that inspired some of his best favorite tasks during a brief investment.
Scott says: “When I lose the plaque, there was never a way I could find it on the OPE OPE of the screens. It was very tolcinesk.
‘Culture shock’
“I thought, ‘£ 250,000 has gone’.
“Then Jimmy came out of the blue at the gate and I said, ‘Jimmy, I just lost your plaectum’.
“He was already drowned to be there because he had never been there since a trip.
“When I told her about the plaactum she feels she’s mad. He stayed for a while and looked at the gol. He really took him back.
“Jim is really blessed that he has found this place. He helped him make his music. It was a new place for him.
“Robert came here since he was a baby so he knew it well but it was a big culture shock for Jimmy.”
As I’m getting out of Bron-Ar-UR, I make sure my passport is viewed and investigated by customs.
And then I set foot on the border and I’m back to the rest of the world.
