Starbucks customers have been hit after the order of Order earlier this month.
Despite the passage, they claimed that their desired food and drink items were not available.

Kyle claimed that he was left without what he wanted, but the money he paid was passed in the Starbucks mobile app.

Starbucks quickly responded to his complaint and apologized, requesting more information to solve it.

“Can you please send us a DM with a screenshot of your purchase receipt, including the store address?” They asked.
It is not clear that Kyle has contacted the coffeehouse chain more or if the issue has been resolved.

“We are making our menu easier to focus on less, more popular things, executed with excellence,” an explanation for transformation on Starbucks’ Website.
“This will create a way for innovation, reduce waiting time, improve quality and consistency and align with our main identity as a coffee company.”
“Starbucks have always been about coffee craft, community and connection,” it continued.
“We are focusing on the original premium drinks in customer’s trends and preferences.”
