A former soldier raped his ex -girlfriend “despite being”, when he raped her 13 days after she threw her during a triple murder of a BBC racing critic’s family.
26 -year -old Kyle Clifford confessed to killing 25 -year -old Louis Hunt with his mother Carol Hunt and his sister Henna Hunt on July 9 last year at Hertfordshire’s Bush.
He has also accepted the possession of a knife used to kill Mrs. Hunt, and Crossbo shot her daughters, as well as Louis’ imprisonment – which was attached to duct tape – but denied rape.
The Cambridge Crown Court heard that Clifford investigated BBC racing critic John Hunt, whose survivor is Amy, she was not at home before starting a four -hour attack.
Prosecutor Alison Morgan Casey said that on June 26, after Lewis ended his 18 -month relationship, he “committed extreme acts of violence” against his former partner and his family members.
Clifford hidden relationships with two other women, and his friends and family supported the break-up describing them as “disrespect, rude and arrogant”, the court heard.
The judges were told that he began to buy a rope length two days later, and at the same time searched for the crossbows and airguns searched a nail, he was searching for a video of a V and Nedsworth prison officer engaged in sexual activity with the prisoner.
Mrs. Morgan said it shows “a very clear sign of violence made by the use of weapons and her sexual busyness”.
Clifford bought a duct tape, a crossbow, bolts and a king king device, as well as a 10 -inch butcher knife, when he was in his car when he went to Hunt Family’s home from his home in Enfield, North London on July 9.
He knocked on the door after 2.30pm, Mrs. Hunt told that she was described as “Roos” to go in. “
Clifford also had a “Thanks” card addressed to Carol and John Hunt, which was later opened.
“Your family has shown me a lot of love and kindness and I am very grateful for everything,” he says.
Audio Dio seized a long woman screaming by Doorbell Camera, then the sound of short screams, banging sounds and riots, while Clifford “attacked a cruel knife” on Mrs. Hunt, hearing the court.
He then returned to his car to get a crossbow, waiting for Louis Hunt, who worked in a pod in his garden dog, for an hour.
The complainant said that screaming, male shouting and banging suggested that he was “quickly” or “quickly restrained” because of the fear of what she saw, because Clifford tapped her ankle and arm behind her back and covered her mouth.
The court heard that she had contacted her phone with her and to see what she was watching, using the device to convey a message to her father: “What time are you at home?”
Mr. Hunt replied: “Late, I am afraid. Everything is right?”
A “loud whushing voice” is heard on CCTV, when his sister Hannah Hunt Beautician returning home from his job, Crossbo was fired to kill Louis.
Before realizing that Clifford is in the house, she went upwards, and the raised sounds can be heard.
Henna says “Kyle, I swear to God” and he says “Calm. Stop, stop, stop”, while the crossbow bolt is fired as the other “smoking”.
Hannah asked her boyfriend to call the police and said: “He is tying us”.
She is heard saying: “Oh GOD,” she found her mother and sister.

Henna managed to call the police while injured and when the emergency services came, they collapsed in the door, but died shortly.
Mrs. Morgan said: “The complainant’s case is that the defendant planned to attack Louise Hunt and his family in a terrible attack, which made him angry with his rejection.
“The attack involves the act of sexual violence, however, when she was controlled and unable to escape.”
Clifford went to Enfield, where he lived before going to the cemetery, where he was found in a wooden area the next day by armed police officers.
He shot himself with a crossbow and was taken to the hospital, where his first interview was taken in September, including “sorry” and “what I have done”.
Clifford, who now uses a wheelchair because he is paralyzed from the waist, he has chosen not to take part in his hearing, while friends and family members, including Mr Hunt, are in the public gallery.
His defense barrister Phil Bradley Casey said Clifford’s case was that he last had an consented sex with Louise on June 23 – described as a “catalyst” for the break -up on the day he returned from his friend’s wedding.
“The central point for you is that the conclusions can be explained by consenting sexual activity or rape on July 9,” he told the jury, “He told the jury.”
But Mrs. Morgan told the jury that Vijaya .Annic evidence shows that the clarity is “completely incapable”.
The hearing continues on Wednesday.
