A barefoot man with a Palestine flag has been seen on the Big Ben, which received a big response to the crisis.
The footage of social media shows a person with bleeding foot on the side of the Elizabeth tower in the Houses of Parliament.
Bridge Street is currently closed to the north end of Westminster Bridge.
Parliamentary property tours were canceled for the day due to “security” issues.
A parliamentary spokesperson said: “We are aware of the incident on the parliamentary estate this morning, which was helped by the Metropolitan Police by the London Fire Brigade and the London Ambulance Service.
“Parliament takes security very seriously, though we do not comment on our security measures or reduction specifications.
“As a result of the incident, the tour of the Parliamentary Estate today had to be canceled.”
A Matt Police spokeswoman said: “On Saturday morning, at 7.24am March 8 officers were warned by a person to the Chlimb on the Elizabeth Tower in the Houses of Parliament.
“The officers are in a place to bring the event to a safe conclusion.
“They are being assisted by the London Fire Brigade and the London Ambulance Service.”
A spokesman for the London Fire Brigade (LFB) said: “Firefighters are responding to the reports of Westminster’s palace person with Metropolitan Police Service.”
The LFB added that crews of Lambath, Chelsea, Soho and Islington fire stations have been deployed.
It comes when the Metropolitan Police blocked the next Palestine proxy March from gathering near Sinagog in Central London.
Protesters targeting the BBC were planning to gather outside the Broadcasting House in Portland Place on March 8.
But the police said that the conditions have now been imposed under the Public Order Act to prevent them from assembling rally in the area.
They said that on Saturday, the nearest cinemato is at risk of “serious interruption”, Jewish holy day, because organizations participate in the shabby services.
Met said it “recognizes the important right for people’s opposition and except to prevent serious disruption, we do not have the desire to limit it.”
It added: “Accordingly, we have identified the area near Portland Place where the assembly can take place.”
Protests organized by Palestine Pulse, Ijan, Palestine and others, have been announced with the start time at 1pm.
