The Federal Judge on Tuesday issued an initial order to block the business order of the Trump administration, threatening federal funds for gender-pure care organizations for anyone under the age of 19.
Maryland’s US District Judge Brendon Horse ordered the defendants to file a status report in the court by giving details of the court order by March 11.
The US Civil Liberties Union, Lambda Legal and other groups were filed by many families and youths who are members of the PFLG National in February, on behalf of the nonprofit, on behalf of the LGBTQ people’s friends and families. Executive orders blocked hospitals and clinics, which receive federal funds from the age of 19 to provide gender-pure care.

Until the court’s decision on the merit of the court case, the initial order of Herson will be in its place.
The ACLU’s LGBTQ and senior staff of the HIV project praised Joshua Block, the judge’s decision and criticized Trump’s business order.
The Block said in a statement that President Trump’s order is a direct attempt to threaten the well -being of the transgender people while the law refuses to protect the same protection under the law, forcing doctors to follow Trump’s own ideology instead of their best medical judgment.
