UglyAnver – The Federal Judge is about to hear the arguments on Friday whether he should block immigration agents from arresting in schools under the Trump administration policy.
Denver Public School US District Judge Daniel asks Daniel to block immigration implementation in schools across the country while playing a new policy in court challenging the court.
The claim says that the presence of regular immigration arrest in his schools has declined in the presence. It also says that the district has to rotate resources to answer the fears between students and families on enhancing long -term rules, prohibiting immigration implementation near schools, churches and other sensitive places.
“This involves providing mental health assistance to students, turning the administrator’s attention from academics to immigration issues and helping to catch the school,” the school district’s lawyers said in their request to block a new policy.
